I bought a vape and had issues with it…

I bought a vape and had issues with it straight away, it would work intermittently so I sent an email letting the company know and they sent out a replacement very quickly. Wonderful treatment from a wonderful person and company, big 5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing Customer Service

Battery not good enough for the product

Experienced a problem which they have sorted (tops came off cartridges as soon as turned so 2400 4in1 couldn't be used). They are sending a replacement (hopefully soon)Have another one, just turned to cartridge 4 and the battery has died so now can't get full use of another product. 1/4 of £12.99 can't be used which is frustrating!So really this needs looking into as the battery life doesn't fit with the product. If you are selling something to be able to use the 4 cartridges, then you have to make a product which has the longevity of being able to which this unfortunately doesn't.
