Review Time
The “sweater” I ordered was made of that horrible fake satin material with a blurry print. It cost $75 and looked like a $12 version from Temu. When I called customer service they offered to refund the difference once I paid for the postage to the factory in Pakistan; the cheapest price was over $50, and that’s not where it was sent from. They didn’t want their merchandise back. I ordered from them before and loved the product but I will never risk it again.
Jacket hub I can honestly say is a great site not only is the quality of their product great so is the customer service. I had ordered the wrong size thinking it would fit but didn’t and I reached out to ask if there was a way I can exchange for a bigger size they provided me two options that made my day really and I chose the second which was sending me a bigger size and all I pay for was the shipping and handling and said I could also keep the first purchase which I thought was a great deal. They responded quickly kept in touch anytime there was an update, I fully recommend this site and support them absolutely great quality and customer service.
They are TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! The jacket they sent me is NOT the same as the one shown on their website. The one I received is a cheap copy, with no embroidered letters and a different golden sleeve. I paid for something completely different! When I complained, they admitted it’s just a “recreation” and then tried to charge me $250 more for the real one. Don’t waste your money here — they lie, they deceive, and THEY SELL CHEAPER VERSIONS THAN THE ONES SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS!!!
The website has fake reviews. It has falsely (and possibly illegally) used my name and many colleagues names scrubbed from imdb. It says verified purchase too which is a lie. If thats the case their positive trustpilot reviews are probably fake too. Avoid!Update to response: Like I said the reviews on your website are clearly fake. It is not a coincidence that myself and a number of colleagues are 'verified' purchasers. I have not and surely will not order from a company that so brazenly creates fake reviews. Anyway it's illegal and the offending page has been reported and removed from search results.
I purchased the Down Home Fab S03 Chelsea DeBoer Checkered Coat Size: MOn 9.11.2025 in the morning . I live in Indiana, received oder conformation from Jacket-hub.com at 1:26pm my time which is 10:26am in California. Paid the extra to be shipped to me with in 6 to 8 days, per their purchase agreement. I received conformation that my shipment is in Dubai waiting to be shipped to the United States and today is 9.25.2025. I am waiting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. All they say is Im sorry we will keep you informed of your delivery. Have asked to be refunded for the 6-8 day shipment fee.
