Likes-great selection of games and 24 hr customer service.Dislike- RTP is horrible. I've played the same games on other sites and won many times. On this site I'm very lucky if I get bonus spins. After spending hundreds of dollars I'm very frustrated and will be closing my accountFollow up. I gave the site another chance and finally won bonus spins. I was at $96 and withdrew $40. A pop up came up stating my withdrawal will be processed in one hour. Needless to say customer support said it will be with in 48hrs? I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they don't have supervisors there.To add insult to injury, after the withdrawal I only had $7 in my account not $56. The CSR said because I did a bonus match lost the money I won. However, no where does it stat this when you accept the bonus???? I need them to process my refund asap so I can close my account from these scammers. This is a big scam!!! Stay away from this site

Probably the baddies experience ever. Deposited funds. Got email confirmation that they received it. Now they cant add funds manually . Asked for email confirmation which I forwarded then got a response. 24-48hrs tell they see my email. Called support to just cancel and refund but unfortunately i have to so it myself. Withdrawal instantly they said but far from instant. Jokes

Made a 1k deposit for the bonus…

Made a 1k deposit for the bonus sign-up, tried to withdraw the cash balance after I didn't want to gamble anymore. Wouldn't let withdraw any balance until a 16k playthrough... did that. Tried to withdraw. Waited for days and tried my luck again, made more. Tried to withdraw again... nothing. Deposited more, which they accepted. Tried playing again and told me I'm locked out from an account I played on years earlier. Refused to refund balance. $4500 altogether. This site is a scam. Go to Royal Panda, takes awhile to sign up but withdraws and deposits within a couple hours.
