I really liked this casino, i have a lot and lost a lot as is with any casino.Has a nice selection.But just hope you never need support, because that is non existent.I needed support when their Promotion did not activate, so waited an hour on so called live chat for an agent.Could not resolve the issue and had to escalate, got an email stating they will investigate and get back on 11 Nov 2025, that came and passed, never got feedback.18th November got another mail stating 24-48 hours then there will be feedback,Still not sorted!So basically do not trust their Promotions as it does not always work, and forget about getting support.
The games are technically sound until you hit a bonus then they aren't and customer support is very inadequate , Email and 48 hr is their standard reply as their response . I have waited more than 72 hrs for them to fix an errored game, that owes me my bonus spins . This casino has lost my trust. They have been around for many years .I think many years too long and I would not be surprised if they are black listed on Casino Meister. I will check if they are not. I will put in a request. I have been robbed by spin palace which is a sister site of the jackpot city franchise. They deducted money out of my withdrawl stating it was for a chargeback. They stated it was my bank who requested it. My bank said no it wasnt them. Spin palace then stated a certain card number of mine which these chargebacks where from. They requested a letter from my bank stating that there was no disputes then they would reinstate the money to my account . I sent them the letter and they emailed me saying these were disputes from 2007 and from two other cards that i previoulsy had. The chargeback amount in the email was also a higher value than they had previoulsy stated. Contacted the help centre yet again and they are saying i need to get a confirmation letter from bank to rectify the problam. (Which i had already sent through the day prior). They are running circles of lies around me and refuse to give me any evidence from their end. They ended up ending the conversation with me. This has been going on for two months now. I have had 4 withdrawls from them in the last 3 months and they only took miney from me on the 4th one. Assuming its because i withdrew more than 80k from them within 8-10 weeks. Jackpot city, spin palace, ruby fortune, tge gaming club, all slots, and all their other sister casinos are dodgy and definatly untrustworthy. DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!! I will be sharing this review everywhere i possibly can to warn others along with screenshots of chats on review sites and social media. PLEASE SHARE!!

Jackpot city has the worst customer service skill when it comes to giving you your winnings or a percentage that is owed to you and to many glitches with there system ,they can't retrieve winning that are owed to you ,and they promote gambling addiction with daily deposits and weekly deposits,I was ranked 650 in Canada and they banned me for wanting my winnings ,they lost a very good customer cause there scammers .
