My experience with Jackpot City has been great so far..

I'm from New Zealand and my experience with Jackpot City has been great so far. I love the large selection of slots to choose from. I love the Live Casino games that they have. I've had no problems with withdrawing my winnings. The most I've deposited was $800+ and I received the full amount in 4-5days. It was worth the wait. I did however have one withdrawal amount of $50.00 and received an email saying the withdrawal has been successful and that the total amount sent to my bank was $45.00.$5.00 was taken out and I have no idea what is was for as I've never had this problem with any of my other withdrawals. I didn't contact support for this because I let it slide. I mean it was only $5.00 and I only withdrew $50. If it had been a higher amount then I would have contacted the Support help team. You really don't need to make large deposits to win. Just by depositing $10.00 I have managed to win up to $1000. The only problem with this is knowing when to stop betting and when to withdraw. Countless times I have done well but ended up only withdrawing half of my winnings or none at all because I continue to gamble until I have zero dollars left.
