We bought a place in France and after a load of quotes from various removal firms we chose to go with Jack removals. We choose this company after other company let us down with 1 day before moving , there atitute to resolv las minute issues is incredibile Thursday we payed the deposit , friday they arrange 3 vehicles and 4 man to collect our bellonghins , on the day not everything fit an we need another vechile which they send in in same day , All other qoutes which we get them was astronomicals because was last minute , Davey charge us fair price from the start to the finnish , Only donwside was that our load was arrived in Siccily after 17 days , 3 days over the slot time provided by them but they keep me updated every day Thanks Davey
We choose this company to relocate us from North West to the Malaga We initially booked 3 vehicles (based on a survey made buy other company) and the price was very competitive On 1st day 1 van arrived with 250 boxes wardrobe boxes blankets and all other packing materials ( we had on our offer 150 boxes ) Guess what even all this packing materials wasn't enough , Dave help us to get on the 2nd day more packing materials in order to finish the job .Again problems starts the 3 vans wasn't enough for all our belongings, again Davey save the day and send us another vehicle to can finish the job . Delivery was done after 19 days and almost everything arrived in same condition , just our plants was stopped on customs , we didn't was aware that we are not allow to ship plants But one on top of other this company did a very good job and there speed to accommodate last minute issues is incredible Thank you
Hello, it was the first time using this company (Jackremovals). I spoke to Davey, he was helpful had patience of a saint as like I said was the first time using any company like this. He made my move back home from Spain to liverpool alot easier, smooth and worry free had everything sorted with all my belongings.
