This is my second time purchasing from Jadore Couture. Both time the bags were exactly as described and very well packaged. But communication can be a bit better as I had a request for the shipping method but no one responded so I was a bit worried, but the packages arrived in the exact method I was hoping for. Regardless, both time went smooth and I love my bags.
Horrible costumer service and client representing. I wanted to complete an order but got an error on the page.I kindly and politely asked for support; the team responded robotic and just stopped responding without offering any kind of solution. I'm sooo dissppinted😔

I waited and waited to order my Gucci bag until I had the money and was so excited to receive it. The color was even more to my liking than I expected (I love mustard but it was a little more beige and that is perfect). The shipping was good and fast. My only regret is that it doesn't have a longer strap to carry as a shoulder bag as all the hardware and decorations make it pretty heavy. Thanks Jadore. I do adore it.
