Grant was incredibly patient and helpful from the start, taking the time to explain all the different boiler options clearly and providing quotes for each one so I could make an informed decision with no pressure.
Liam carried out the installation and was an absolute top guy - really friendly, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail once the job was complete. The quality of his work was outstanding: the pipework was clean and tidy, and there wasn’t a single mark left behind. No damage, no scuffs, nothing.
I also met Kevin (the owner) a couple of times and he was great as well -approachable, professional, and clearly takes pride in the business.

The initial visit from Grant, the Heatco rep, was very informative, outlining all the options and costs without any pressure to proceed. He was a very pleasant gentleman who left you feeling at ease without any awkward hard sell.On the day of the installation, Robbie, the gas engineer, worked with confident professionalism. He put us at ease, pleasantly answering all our questions and reassuringly produced an impeccably tidy result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heatco as the process from start to finish was both reassuring and professional.
We had our boiler replaced by Heatco at short notice as the previous one had failed. They provided an extremely quick service as we were without heating and hot water. Turned up on time, were quick and efficient from the quote process right through to completion. A neat tidy job all round and the staff that completed the changeover were great guys, friendly , tidy and most of all efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. They were also very competitive price wise & did exactly as they said they would when they said they would do it. What more could you ask for 😁.

If your thinking about choosing a company you really have to go with this one , from my first consultation till the very end of completion this company are the best, Kevin and his team were so professional and honestly i am delighted with our new boiler , not to mention how tidy they were, and so polite and friendly, it’s hard to choose the best company to do a big job like this and I feel we chose the best , would happily recommend them to anyone.
From first visit from Grant to my installation today everything was spot on. Installer was quick, efficient and tidied up everything when he was finished. Gave me a full explanation of our new Worcester boiler and was first class. Extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their boiler.
