It was a very positive experience. Trying to buy something from across the world is a bit stressful but Bike Room made it very easy. They help me with bike options, bike size and all the shipping and paper work involve with getting the bike to the US.
Unfortunately my experience with bikeRoom has not been a pleasant experience. They have not been responsive to my several emails and messages. After a week of my full payment, they can’t even verify the specification of the item I purchased, saying that we didn’t have the item yet and waiting the provider to send us the item (after 8 days of purchase!).
Liked the platorm and choice of used bicycles. Downside is that some scratches were not noticed nor pictured by the privat seller. (preowned bike)Lot of sand (?) trapped on the grease on fork stem that rubbed the paint away.That's a pitty because the whole transaction was smooth and straight foward.
