Fragile products delivered to France in good time and perfect condition. Legitimately surprised as there wasn't a lot of protective padding in the box, but they obviously have chosen the right postal service! I'm super happy to recommend the company to anyone interested in pokemon or other japanese franchises. The only thing to be aware of is of course the custom duties when importing to Europe from the UK as this can also cause delays, but that's no fault of the company.
I love buying from hear, the first time i ordered i payed for next day and it was super fast however i just payed again for next day and i got nothing i have wasted £10 for delivery that is meant to guaranteed. I live like 1hr 30mins away, i think its bad that u cant get a refund for it either.

I ordered this item: Pokemon Center Japan - Special Deck Card Sleeves PackWhich has the description:Each deck includes 1x 64 card sleeves pack with a mix of all 10 types of sleeves as shown in images.My product only came with 1 type instead of 10 types of sleeve (they even called it a pack in the name). They said that the description is wrong and did not offered anything to solve the issue.They do not care about the customer. Me and my employee's will never order from here again...
