1st mystery box - scratched slab
2nd mystery box - worth £25.18 , i emailed expressing my disappointment and they emailed back saying the box was valued at £26.88 (which is a lie as I price checked everything on their site on the day I Recieved the box and added all totals up)
I would have proceeded to buy packs but avoid mystery boxes from them if they didn't lie! AVOID!!

I purchased a Pokemon mystery box from Japan2UK as a birthday gift, the listing would suggest that you will receive a range of items that exceed the price you pay. Sadly on this occasion what was received was a bundle of single boosters from JP, KR, CN & HK/TW, plus a small deck which just barely scraped the value of the mystery box and if you include postage, was actually lower than the value had they been ordered separately. No exclusive figures, toys, PSA graded cards, sleeves, plushies, play mats etc. Not even a small keyring or trinket.I had reached out to Japan2UK to request the Pokemon only option and they were very quick to respond, doing so within 5 hours of contacting them. The order was despatched the following day with confirmation of this including tracking.The mystery box itself was well packaged, the box had Fragile tape sealing it and the contents were packed into clear bags, so overall I can't fault them there.Honestly though I'm just disappointed, I wasn't expecting anything fantastic and I suppose to an extent, a mystery box is just that, a mystery, but when a listing shows a huge selection of items and all that's included is a few single packs and a deck to reach the value, it really does seem disingenuous and made the gift a complete disappointment.Lastly I did try to reach out to Japan2UK to make them aware of my concerns hoping for a response before I left feedback, however have received nothing some days later, a far cry from the 5 hours previously taken to respond.
This is a review for the Customer Services Team. Following a purchase where my billing address for Apple Pay appeared to override the address I had selected for my purchase to be sent to, I contacted the CST. They were very quick to respond and amended the address so that the item was sent to my daughter instead of me. Their contact was speedy, professional yet friendly and personal. Excellent customer service in addition to an easy ordering process and a great price for the item, despite the glitch. Thank you very much.
Was my go to for Japanese pokemon, recently purchased a Mega Dream box and it was missing the SR+, contacted Japan2Uk regarding this (offering to provide full video from package to packs) and was extremely disappointed with the customer service, they seem to have no interest in reviewing the video and investigating what went wrong to prevent this happening to future customers. Have emailed again today in the hope they may reply but my expectations are low at this point.
