Great company with excellent customer service- an item was missed from my recent order over Christmas which they apologised for and rectified immediately. Other than this one occasion, in all 15 or 20 orders before, there have never been any issues, always good prices and fast delivery. Thanks!
I ordered this item: Pokemon Center Japan - Special Deck Card Sleeves PackWhich has the description:Each deck includes 1x 64 card sleeves pack with a mix of all 10 types of sleeves as shown in images.My product only came with 1 type instead of 10 types of sleeve (they even called it a pack in the name). They said that the description is wrong and did not offered anything to solve the issue.They do not care about the customer. Me and my employee's will never order from here again...

When buying sealed boxes, I’ve had no issue. I’ve just opened single packs, in 10 packs not a single holo let alone any other kind of special card, just the same plain non holo rare, loose packs are definitely weighed, stay away! As such, they’ve lost a customer for life. EDIT: They've tried to have this removed and failed, seems to be a common story looking at other reviews, big shame I used to love shopping here!
