When buying sealed boxes, I’ve had no issue. I’ve just opened single packs, in 10 packs not a single holo let alone any other kind of special card, just the same plain non holo rare, loose packs are definitely weighed, stay away! As such, they’ve lost a customer for life. EDIT: They've tried to have this removed and failed, seems to be a common story looking at other reviews, big shame I used to love shopping here!
Used them a few times, but they just seemed to have jumped on the scalping bandwagon. Bought 2 booster boxes of terestal festival for £70 each. As soon as the hype for the release of the english counterpart - prismatic evolutions - they shot the prices up. Its now nearly £100 a box

Ordered 25 packs. Received 20. Emailed to ask what happened to be met with uncooperative support. Claimed they had photographic evidence of my parcel being packed but refused to supply it so i could make a claim against royal mail for tampering with my packaged. Back and forth for 2 weeks every 2-4 days and now not responded in over a week. STAY AWAY. When its good its good but they are not prepared to offer any aftersales support for their mistakes. RECORD OPENING ALL BOXES if you order from them or they will blatantly disregard all queries. Go somewhere else.
