I had a great experience in this knife sharpening class. I learned the proper technique and finally understand how to keep a consistent angle. This class was incredibly helpful and well taught. Maulik was fantastic — very knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer questions and give individual feedback. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their kitchen skills.
Well what an amazing experience the knowledge that Maulik shared was way too much to take in. He covered different shapes of bevels on knifes, wow who knew. We focused on double bevel blades and worked on our own knifes. Highly recommend taking your own. There was seven of us in the class as he guided and gave personal advice to each of us. A very calm approach and we went over the allotted no feeling of rushing us out. Well planed lesson, well delivered and executed.Tony
I would like to thank the lovely lady inside the Japanese knife store in High Street Kensington. She has helped me eveytime I needed a knife, knife sharpening is of the highest quality. I would recommend any chef I know to go in because I was very impressed with how sharp she got the knives!! 5 stars eveytime I’ve been in!!
Very informative service prior to purchase. Explained the various knives and the balance of weight in them. No pressure, just relaxed and informed. Also had personal knives sharpened, which were ready before due date. Again pleasent, knowledgeable and helpful service.
Staff are very knowledgeable, they will cater to low and high end budget without questions. They will provide lots of options to choose from and any purchase will be handled with care, great service. 10% of for chefs!
fantastic guidance from the shop staff, very petient on a busy day prior to Xmas. My husband is so in love by the knives he got from the shop as Xmas present that he is even helping me more in the kitchen!! I can't blame them, the products they sell in this shop are way above others.
