I placed an order for a mattress on December 18th, expecting it to arrive by December 23rd. Unfortunately, the tracking information was not functional, showing my order as nonexistent. I reached out to customer support, and while they assured me my product would be delivered on time, they could not provide any details on its location. By December 23rd, I had received nothing, and they continued to push the delivery date back to December 25th, then December 26th, and finally to December 28th. Each time I called, I received vague excuses without clear information about my product's whereabouts. Frustrated, I requested a refund, which took an entire day to confirm. The most frustrating part was their inability to track their own product. This has been the worst experience I've encountered.

The company’s operations are completely disorganized. I would recommend looking for more professional and reliable options elsewhere.
I purchased two mattresses in 2023, and after just two years of normal use, the stitching has already come undone. This indicates very poor build quality and a lack of durability. The company invests heavily in marketing to create a premium image, but the reality is quite different. Their mattresses are overhyped, overpriced, and of low quality. I feel deceived and would never recommend this brand to anyone seeking a long-lasting mattress. There are much better alternatives available in the market. Not recommended at all.
