Exceptional service and quality sofa

I purchased the sofa last June, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging quick delivery after my move. It arrived in less than five days. The delivery team was friendly and accommodating, even when fitting the sofa was a bit tricky! This is genuinely the best sofa I’ve ever owned. I won't consider mainstream brands again. Six months later, I had an issue with a pillow, and they quickly arranged a replacement at no cost through social media. You simply wouldn’t get this level of service from a high street brand! I wholeheartedly recommend them for their excellent quality sofas and exceptional customer service!

Excellent communication from the moment I placed my order until delivery. It took a bit longer due to a stock issue, but it was worth the wait. The delivery team was very friendly, set up my sofa, and removed all the packaging. Huge thanks to the hardworking delivery team. Five stars all around!
