If it were possible to give fewer than one star, I would certainly do so. My repeated requests were ignored entirely. They never return calls as promised. When I finally managed to reach out, I was told my booking had been cancelled. Now, just three days before my flight, I have no reservation. I was supposed to attend a funeral. I cannot recommend this service.

This platform is a scam. I should have realized when the prices seemed too good to be true. Don't fall for the trap of trying to save a few hundred. They contacted me the day after booking and informed me it would take a week to confirm a flight. I've booked flights before, and it’s usually instant! They charged my card without providing a flight. Two weeks later, I still don't have a flight confirmation. I feel embarrassed by the actions associated with this situation.
