JayWay takes away all the stress and hassle of planning a trip. They arrange transfers to and from the hotels, and make all the train reservations between cities, saving hours and hours of research and frustration. The hotels were all in ideal locations, and were much nicer than we expected. The local specialist in each country was so incredibly helpful - she was in constant communication and made everything so much easier. Unless you have too much free time on your hands to spend researching train schedules and hotels, I would definitely recommend using JayWay.

I happened to stumble upon JayWay Travel online. I was planning to take a trip to Italy and decided to seek their assistance. During my life I have lived in Italy for a year and I have travelled there at least 4 more times. JayWay was amazing. They helped guide me on my trip concerning best places to travel. They arranged for transfers to and from all airports. They set up daily excursions; each one was better than the next. They helped choose my hotels. They offer 24 hour support when you are in Europe and also during the preparation stage of your trip. They give great advice on tipping and other helpful hints. If I take another trip to Europe I will use them again. I will admit to being skeptical at first abouit JayWay because I had never heard of them, however, they were 100% spot on from beginning to end.
