There is a great deal of selection that can’t be purchased elsewhere. I really feel that the shipping prices are inflated. It is not worth making small purchases through the site. There is only one shipping option, and it’s expensive.
JB Prince is my "go to" place for hard to find cooking supplies. I needed a pate mold; PB Prince had exactly what I wanted. My current purchase was canele molds. Not only did JB Prince have them, but it had a selection of molds. I'm a happy customer.
