I was happy with the products and timeliness of receipt, however I reached out to your company after my order was placed because I don’t believe that the advertised discount was applied to my order of >$99. I never heard back from your company. If I am wrong and the discount was applied I would have liked to hear that. If you did not honor the discount I expected a refund. I received neither one.
I had a very good experience with my purchase at JB Prince. I wanted to expand my tools and purchased a Gray Kunz perforated spoon two gold JB Prince tweezers (one offset and one straight) and threw in a wooden spoon for free shipping. I got ground USPS shipping and my package arrived much quicker than expected—maybe 2 days. The purchase was quick and easy and I am very happy with the products I received, they were exactly as expected. I wish I had JB Prince tools sooner instead of replacing inferior tools I’ve purchased in the past.
