Review Time
I paid for next day delivery I didn’t receive it until Monday. No where in the ordering process did it say what date it would come. Being on the west coast I didn’t realize it was past there time frame. I even emailed the customer service and got a sorry and attached ordering policy that’s not shown when placing the order
Well. To start I’d like to say jbprince has never let me down. Also their customer service is fenomenal. I recently received a spoon that had a defect. (Corrosion) They replaced it two days later after sending them pictures that is. But they do very well and always have high quality equipment. Thanks jbprince for being the best
I ordered a sieve with replaceable mesh screens for varying degrees of fineness. It wasn't obvious how the pieces fit together. I emailed the company and within a day they both called and sent an email, with a photo and some pointers on how to do it (it wasn't really complicated but one h ad to use more force than I had assumed). I am happy with the product as it was accurately described and the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely order other kitchen supplies from them.
Everything was delivered on time and undamaged. The only thing wrong was that my girlfriend ordered a matching color oyster shucker with her micro plane and they sent two different colors. Had to give 4 stars. It’s a detail that’s small but it’s not hard to mess up.
