Customer Service answered my questions

Customer Service answered my questions, my order arrived quickly. Very happy with the service and the business. I just wish they would include the chocolate world mold number on their molds instead of having me call to ask.

Was treated very nice when I called and…

Was treated very nice when I called and placed an order - Tracking info was hard to find on the invoice. When I called Customer Service, the rep acted like it was an imposition to track my order, stating "Most people just want the number..." Not the warmest and fuzziest CS experience I've ever had. Cool stuff, but not sure I'll use them again.
