I placed an order for a handbag in August, and by December 30th, it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the support team multiple times, but no one can provide any updates on my order, and they refuse to issue a refund. The customer service has been awful! I will not be buying from this service again.
I wish I had checked reviews before ordering two bags on October 23. Like others, I've been repeatedly assured by customer service that my order is on the way, yet they cannot issue a refund because it shows as active in their system (even though none of the tracking links have worked). After over 7 weeks, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the next day, I received a refund. My advice: avoid this company completely. It's a total scam.
I ordered a handbag for $140 CAD over two months ago and still haven't received it. The company's response is always the same: they apologize and say the shipment is with their carrier. However, the follow-up number for the carrier does not work.
I am absolutely disgusted. This is not a legitimate company; it's a scam. I ordered a bag as a gift in September and have yet to receive it. They keep claiming it's in transit, while all my other international orders from different companies arrived long ago. They refuse to issue a full refund and have falsely promised a partial refund. Do not ever order from this place.
I ordered two bags on September 13, and as of November 14, I have received neither and have had no updates on the tracking site since September. When I email, I get the same response: 'please be patient, your order is in transit.' I would not recommend this company.
