Review Time
3 months. I placed an order nearly 3 months ago for a wallet, key organizer, and location tracking card.The wallet is fine, it serves its purpose. However, here I sit almost three full months later and I still haven't received the key organizer. It was sent through some third rate shipping partner out of China, allegedly entered the US, then got lost in space. Tracking info stopped updating on September 1, I contact Jenoss on September 24, still haven't heard back beyond a "we're looking into it." Also, the tracking card is kinda useless. Thick enough if you use the main card slot it takes up too much space, and too fragile to keep in one of the other slots without ending up smashed if you, gasp, keep your wallet in your back pocket. Honestly, I wouldn't order anything through them again.
Thank you for making sure that I received my purchase. A stand up company. I would only ask that you find a more reliable distributor. Waiting 3 months is a bit too long to wait for a purchase. Thank you again for making it right. Much appreciated.
Update:They refunded the charges of the undelivered itemI will give a zero star is I can.The worst ever online shopping experience. Order a wallet+key organize bundle on Feb and only received the half of the package(wallet) on Apr. I don’t know why they sent a parcel seperately. Till now I still haven’t received the other half. The Support team always as me to provide the correct address which I already given.
Within a week of use, a sharp metal edge exposed itself from the trigger and cut me. Company refuses return or refund. ***UPDATE*** Jenoss contacted me and offered to refund my original purchase IF I: 1) proceed with a return and cover the return shipping fee, and 2) "remove all comments and feedback [I] posted in the review system." Essentially they offered me a bribe to take down this review and send them - at my own expense - the physical evidence of their defective product. I again offered them a chance to provide a clean refund in return for *amending* this review to reflect. They doubled down on demanding a return of the evidence and a removal of this review. So here we are.This was after sending me the wrong wallet (they claim to have run out of the one I ordered) and delaying shipping (they claimed a need to switch warehouses). DO NOT recommend doing any business with this unscrupulous and irresponsible vendor.
