I regret choosing this service. The customer support is very rude, and I still haven't received my e-ticket. Despite emailing and calling, I haven't received the answers I needed, and the representative I spoke to was particularly unhelpful.

Tickets should be sent out immediately, or at least more than 24 hours before departure. I'm still waiting for mine! I don't use electronic devices, so I need a printed copy. I called twice, and the message said they were busy and would return my call, but no one ever did.
If possible, I would rate them 0 stars. The service I received was the worst I've ever encountered, and I will never use this service again. I strongly advise against purchasing from them, even if they offer low prices, as you may end up paying more. I bought a ticket, and my partner chose a different provider. They called me hours later demanding an extra $100 due to price increases. Consequently, my tickets ended up being more expensive than anticipated, and now I'm still waiting for confirmation of my second flight. I've called twice, and no one has returned my calls.
I purchased a ticket on Friday night and only received confirmation but no e-ticket. I tried calling over the weekend multiple times, but none went through. No money was taken either. I wish they would generate the ticket sooner or at least inform me if they couldn't do it, so I can make other arrangements.
I booked two flights for two people. The first flight was from one city to another on a specific date, and I received the correct itinerary for the second flight. However, I initially did not receive any itinerary for the first flight. After complaining, I received an email stating it had been fixed, but the attached itinerary was incorrect regarding the number of people and flight details. Thankfully, it has now been sorted.
