We ordered a pair of shoes. Fast delivery, no setbacks whatsoever. The quality is yet to have passed the test of time and will come back with an update if they fail it. Overall I would recommend it. This is our second purchase from them. The first pair we bought were very high quality, good fabric, lasted about 4 years.

However, I have a concern: we received an email from the shipping service indicating that we needed to pay an import duty tax of $145 for the package to be delivered. We went ahead and paid it, but had we known that additional fees would be applied, we might have chosen a different option. It would be helpful for the company to inform customers in the USA and other countries about potential import taxes upfront. Transparency is key.
