Do their best to deliver on time. I understand delivery services can be delayed, but when there is a delay, notifications are sent. There’s even times the stuff comes earlier than said. Great quality, price and customer service in my opinion.
I've just started a t shirt business and the team at jiffy has been doing a great job. I've only had one issue with an order missing one item, a replacement was on the way that same day and arrived shortly after. The prices are great, the quality is what you expect and the customer service has been fantastic.
1st order was defective with blurry image and unreadable text. Contacted Jiffy customer service and reported the defective products. They reprinted and shipped my order and the 2nd package quality is GREAT. Quality feel and appearance. Would have rated it a 5 if not for having to reorder due to poor quality control on the first order.
