I had an issue with shipping and I reached out to cancel the order and of course I was told that I couldn’t by an associate. I reached out again because I no longer need the item due to shipping problems and the new associate was very thorough with the details of what happened with my order and was very helpful in finding a reasonable solution.
Extremely fast shipping! This was my first time ordering from JiffyShirts and it was super easy to select the colors and quantity. 2 of my shirts arrived with loose threads where the sleeves unraveled a bit so I'll be keeping those for personal use, but overall pretty happy with my purchase!
I would give a 4 star because ive never had this issue and ive been a customer for maybe 4/5 years. The reason for the three stars is because I received this package a week after it was scheduled to be here. It arrived here in New York then went to Arizona. I was completed baffled by that. So i'm sorry to give 3 stars but that is the main reason. Other than that I love the service here and the great quality garments. And I will definitely continue doing business.
