they will ignore messages all of the time and pause disrespectfullly half way of chat service when available at odd times as mire often than not it isn't.also it appears that boards never get checked prior to being fabricated so ruined pcb boards produced as they don't really neither check anything nor discuss it! even though it takes 7 days to enter production line! Postage takes l9nger than expected all the time and excuses are the norm if you ask about that! They push back like he'll rather than solving the problems.
This order was somewhat different from my typical ones - I needed to separate analog grounds, manage noise, and face various other challenges. I attempted to create a few boards on my own, but they didn't function correctly. Therefore, I opted to try a new service, hoping for improved PCB quality. It truly made a difference. Everything performed exactly as I anticipated, enabling me to finish my project on schedule and with even higher quality.
I placed my first PCB order using a PCB design software and they turned out perfectly. Any issues that arise will likely be due to my design rather than the manufacturing process. In my opinion, they were more cost-effective than using traditional boards, which can be messy and time-consuming. Delivery took about two weeks with the cheapest option, as advertised. In summary, low cost and excellent quality for a simple board. I will definitely use them again.
I purchased some components for assembly, but they informed me that they wanted to close my account, preventing me from using these components, and they do not offer refunds. There were no explanations from their end. I am located in a region where sanctions shouldn't apply, as I only order a few PCBs each year. I have no idea why this happened. So, be cautious, as they might just take your money. Update: They stated they stopped servicing my region for some reason and are only allowing me to collect parts in their possession, not refunding them. But I can't solder them myself.
My account was blocked without a clear explanation, just a vague mention of "compliance reasons." There hasn't been any recent activity on my account (possibly six months or more) and no communication. Additionally, the service has been facing reliability issues lately, with some components not being soldered correctly, leading to poor performance, especially with certain types. The small savings are not worth the trouble.
What went wrong? Everything! I used the service five times. They will charge you an additional 50% after you complete your order. So you pay upfront, and then they come back over the next 10 days with questions and extra fees. I found that another service is better. P.S. Out of my 80 PCBs, only 10 worked with this service. This is unacceptable.

One issue I encountered was that when trying to upload Gerber files from different software, they displayed incorrectly. However, for my small projects, the design software was sufficient. I can recommend it for small DIY projects. I ordered just the PCBs without assembly. Thank you!
Like many others, my account was suspended without valid reasons. Components worth thousands of dollars were locked in their warehouse without any access or explanation. The only response I received from support was that “my region is restricted,” which is clearly untrue. To make matters worse, in my recent order of 20 boards, two microcontrollers arrived defective — both had internal short circuits. This raises concerns about the quality of components being used. Now, on top of that, my account is suspended for no reason. This treatment is completely unacceptable and undermines customer trust.
