The after-sales service was very disappointing. I bought a vehicle three weeks ago and had to schedule a visit due to an engine light issue. After nearly two days without updates, I was told to just wait for a call. When I requested the garage's contact number for an update, I was refused, and the phone manner was rude and condescending. I'm very frustrated with this after-sales service.
After traveling a long distance to collect my vehicle, I encountered issues with the airbag warning shortly after arriving home. When I informed the manager about the problem, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Further attempts to address the faults were met with threats and rude comments. This treatment from the management was utterly unacceptable.
