Review Time
I got a great job through Jobrack 8 months ago - I'm still working for the company I found with Jobrack and I couldn't be happier. The whole hiring process took about 2.5 weeks. I messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn with a question I had and they were very friendly and helpful. I applied for two jobs with them and was contacted right away and asked to do some test tasks. When they found out that I got the job with one of the two companies, they sent me a congratulations email and asked if I still wanted to pursue a job with the second company. I already recommended Jobrack to some of my friends and would recommend it to anyone.
The requests for free work are indeed very sketchy, it makes you wonder who is at fault here, JobRack for enabling clients to take advantage of it or the clients themselves.Either way, there is definitely something fishy going on here as JobRack becomes extremely pushy about "finishing your interview" and as the poster above me noted, they never get back to you.Until proven otherwise, this is definitely a scam and I haven't heard of anyone getting a real job here.
I found Jobrack through a friendly recommendation. After signing up and building my profile, I quickly found a ton of opportunities and a very streamlined process for applying to roles that were recommended based on my existing skills. The companies on the platform were also very interesting, mostly focusing on US companies and startups looking for long term team members.After about a month, I had received 4-5 concrete offers, and accepted the job at CareerNerds. That was 10 months ago, and I am part of a team that really values my time and effort. A big thank you to the team at Jobrack for getting me where I am today, and helping me get a new role at a great place.
This is one of the worst job sites ever. The jobs you can find there are very poorly paid, and to make matters worse, you have to go through a complicated application process. This is only used to do free work for those looking for workers. You often don't even get an answer when you apply. Don't waste your time on this site.
One of the easiest, fastest and most transparent job seeking experiences I've had. Jobrack has amazing recruiters, very available support team, but also transparent hiring process as well as variety of companies and jobs available. Highly recommend!
My experience as a job seeker using Jobrack was excellent. Their website is exceptionally well-organized, with detailed job descriptions that clearly understand the available positions. While I acknowledge that the timing of the hiring process is largely outside of Jobrack’s control, the one aspect that could be improved is the time between applying for a job and receiving an offer. I would appreciate it if Jobrack could establish guidelines or encourage companies to expedite their hiring process, if feasible.
