Review Time
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with the service. The team was professional, supportive, and transparent throughout the process. They guided me step by step, kept me informed at every stage, and made the hiring journey smooth and stress-free. Thanks to this platform, I've landed an exciting new role that perfectly fits my skills and career aspirations. I'm thrilled with the entire process and would highly recommend it!
My experience with the service has been truly remarkable. The quality of companies they work with reflects their high standards and dedication, which explains the thorough hiring process. I encourage anyone applying to bring their best effort; the process is challenging but absolutely rewarding. Special thanks to my assistant for her encouragement and diligence throughout; her support made a significant difference.
I've used JobRack for over 5 years now. Typical hiring platform, with one very serious twist - you will do FREE test tasks right after you send your CV (automatically, no review process, only exists to give a sense of seriousness). You will pass FREE test task (always at least 3 hours of work), and have a screening call, and then - nothing.Either you'll get a generic "moved on in another direction email" or nothing at all. They did get smarter about this lately though - it used to be screening call, then FREE task; now they switched it to make you feel like they actually liked your FREE work. So, they will get a huge base of resources from different professionals, for FREE.I also got an email saying "Dear [Candidate's Name], your experience and knowledge are impressive.", which shows you they're not impressed, it's just for everyone. Very manipulative behavior. Fun story - a company contacted me in January and paid for my test task. In July, JobRack asked me to FREE test task for the same company. I don't believe the company in question stopped paying for tasks, so you figure it out...Oh, also, I passed in January, not with JobRack though. Just for reference - I've used the platform for 5+ years, had 58 interviews, 58 FREE tasks, not one offer. In the meantime, I was hired 3 times from other platforms. This is very dangerous behavior and needs to be stopped, because the job market is already too tough.EDIT after their reply: None of my complaints are about the HR team. In fact, Kasia is extremely kind and helpful, Esther is very prompt and helpful, and Aleks actually wrote to me from his vacation to make sure I didn't miss my interview with the client!Neither do I expect or ask to get hired just for complaining. What I am saying is that the management basically gives promises and guides about the process and especially free tasks section that are never fulfilled. It always takes longer than 2 hours, we are never offered a fee for it, and have no idea where the tasks, or videos we record every single time, finish going. It goes against your own SOPs: https jobrack.eu blog/how-to-hire-testing-and-interviewing-candidates-part-4
JobRack has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I applied, they guided me through every step of the hiring process — offering constant support, quick responses, and clear communication. I never felt alone or unsure at any point. They helped me land my dream job with a US-based company that truly values its employees, promotes family and work-life balance, and compensates fairly. I’m now working US hours, earning a competitive salary, and operating on a global level — all thanks to JobRack!A special THANK YOU to Esther who was assigned to me as my Recruiter! If you’re looking for real opportunities, a professional team that genuinely cares, and a chance to grow globally, JobRack is the platform you can trust. I’m forever grateful!Zamo.
At this point, it’s clear JobRack is more focused on harvesting free labor and data than actually placing people in jobs. The same roles, from the same companies, are reposted constantly. Each one demands the same thing:– Endless forms– One-way video interviews– Unpaid “sample tasks” that take hoursThese steps are non-negotiable, even though there’s no proof they lead anywhere. After that? Silence. No update. No rejection. Not even an automated email. And no, this isn’t a “check your spam” issue it’s systemic ghosting. I’ve even messaged hiring person and CEO directly — still ignored: not even once, twice in a month so it can't be missed if that's an excuse. They love to pretend “it’s the client’s responsibility,” but when you’re collecting all the data, screening candidates, and setting the process, that excuse doesn’t fly.If you host the job, you are responsible for what happens. Period. At this point, this feels less like a hiring platform and more like an operation built on free crowdsourced work and candidate data mining.Don’t waste your time unless you're happy to work for free, get ghosted, and never know if the job was even real. And if they reply here with "we're sorry for your experience" , “we take feedback seriously” or “please contact us to investigate” etc. just know, that’s part of the script. They’ve had years to fix this and they still haven’t, as you read thru other reviews. That tells you everything.Update :After reading their response here, I wish they even not respond at all because they only care their public image so that can continue the scam business:So I sent with the details they asked for (my email etc): forget an apology ; no one reached out, or send a response or not even an update yet they can still respond here to say they will investigate but just kept the momentum alive with ghosting. If your CEO and hiring reps can ignore emails multiple times, that’s not an oversight, that’s intentional. Yet support team asking me for an email, like no one communicate in there ? How many more people you've ghosted too as you seem lost between. That level of audacity is something else. They only care about how they look publicly, not about the people they’re supposed to support. Blame their clients and insists test tasks aren’t “real work,” as they see the candidates expendable. As they control every step of the process and demand hours of unpaid effort with zero transparency, accountability or respect to candidates. Then provide some feedback for 2-3 hours of a free labor but no they can't waste their 5 minutes on that.Saying jobs have “rolling needs” or refreshing listings doesn’t explain why candidates are ghosted or why we never actually meet the real employers until the very last stage if at all. What kind of joke is that?
Jobrack is not what it used to be, 6 years ago it was great, Ilma was awesome, but not, especially Chelsie, not so good. I got a 2 jobs there 6 years ago, without any problem ,and with paid tests, now, even thought there have been perfect positions for my skill, i got ghosted or gotten a template rejection email. They seem quite biased, like she wants to hire only people from south Africa. I even got in contact with one of the companies i applied to, and they said they didn't get any of my tests, and were quite surprised.
Job Rack has proven to be a highly efficient platform for finding your next client, especially if you’re looking for remote opportunities with international companies. The entire process is smooth and well-structured—step by step, the Job Rack team guides you through everything, from your application to interviews and onboarding. They’re not just professional but also genuinely supportive and approachable. A special shoutout to Chelsea, who goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless and encouraging. Her communication and care really make a difference.
JobRack helped me find my next great opportunity. The process and Aleksander's support have been impeccable from application to hiring.Besides that, their list of clients and job offerings is top notch, so I wouldn't be able to not suggest this platform to anyone looking for a new opportunity.
I was a little bit skeptical when I created my account on JobRack and started to look for remote jobs, also being influenced by some of the reviews I've read here on Trustpilot, but honestly, for me, the whole process was transparent and straightforward from the beginning. On the very first application for a job I found, I got a reply from the JobRack Recruiter within a day or two - passed a graphic design test, followed up with an interview with the recruiter, but didn't go past that stage. After that, I applied for 3-4 more jobs and got a reply for one of them also within a few days. This was the process:1. Initial application with my portfolio and CV2. A short video recording introducing myself3. Test of skills (graphic design in my case)4. Interview with the JobRack recruiter5. 3 Interviews with the company that listed the job posting in a span of 10 days or so6. Sent my recommendation letters from past employers7. Got selected and offered a contractFrom my initial application to getting offered a contract - the whole process took about a month.I know this process seems very long for people from the Balkans, but since the company was a US company - this is just standard procedure there. I had prior experience working for a US company so this wasn't something new to me.Esther - the recruiter from JobRack was really great and helped me a lot, answered all of my questions, and communicated a lot with the hiring company - 5 stars for Esther :) My advice for people applying for jobs:Try to showcase your work as best you can - a good portfolio goes a long way.Be patient with the process, especially if it's a US company.Believe in yourself and that you are a capable candidate. Confidence matters.Advice for JobRack:Maybe try to be more transparent and open about your process of selecting qualifying candidates. Create an official YouTube channel and make videos explaining clearly how the process works, why a test is important and necessary, why multiple interviews are necessary, and showcase success stories - all of these things bring trust. There's nothing worse for people actively looking for jobs than applying without knowing the next steps and waiting eagerly for replies. All in all - I'm satisfied with the platform, and I hope my first job goes well. I start Monday - Cheers :D
