The entire process was smooth, and I was impressed with the quality of the job listings and the ease of use. My Unfavorable Experience with Jobrack :1. Unreliability: My interactions with Jobrack have led me to believe that they cannot be relied upon. Their consistent unreliability was evident across various stages of our interaction.2. Irrelevant Emails: I constantly receive spam emails that have absolutely nothing to do with the job I'm seeking. This not only feels unprofessional but is also incredibly annoying.3.Cumbersome Job Applications : The application process was unduly long and tedious. Filling out the application took much longer than it should have, and the whole process felt disorganized, further diminishing my trust in their service.4.Time-consuming: Instead of facilitating my job search, they seem to have made it more time-consuming than necessary.5.Lack of Responses: After investing time and effort into filling out applications, I expected at least some feedback. However, for some of my applications, I received no email response whatsoever, which is very disappointing.6.Meeting Mishaps: After spending half an hour completing an application, we set a meeting. They failed to show up as agreed. To make matters worse, they sent me a Calendly link for just a 15-minute call. If a company is hiring, it doesn't make sense for me to first talk with them instead of being directly connected with the potential employer.It's worth noting that my experience with Jobrack wasn't always negative. About three years ago, they were efficient, and I even secured a job through them. It's disheartening to see such a decline in their service quality and responsiveness over the years.My recommendation would be to avoid them and seek more reliable alternatives.
The only web platform that is offering:- jobs for frontend developers but consider that you will work two extra more roles beside frontend code, for one salary- 1100$ monthly salary for DevOps responsibilities- Fraud companies, where people have to work extra hours during pandemic of COVID- Job recuriters that is requesting from you to work hours of tests and never back with response- ID theftIf you really think that you will succeed with your fake 45+ reviews on Google and Trust pilot, to fraud people from Eastern Europe so your friends from USA can build their companies for much lower price, you are in big trouble.Your brand is already damaged with your shady activities, and we will do best to make community aware.
For a job seeker - looking for a job is a job itself, and it’s a difficult one. Luckily, the JobRack staff has been so helpful, patient and supportive throughout the process. I also used JobRack for hiring before, and I experienced the same level of dedication and support from them as a client. Big shout out to Martin, John, Jasmina and everyone else - thank you guys so much for your dedication, support and your tremendous help in my job hunt!
Racist company.They terminated and restricted my account because my passport is from a sanctioned country but my location is in Europe. I put my location, my European phone number in my account and applied for few companies. but they deleted all my activities.I will never recommend job rack to anyone. because they will be judged by their race, skin color, religion, ethnicity, etc... from this platform.
