After running my own business for 14 years I was tentative in seeking out a new role however, Job Rack made the process very easy.Step by step process and updates along the way. Now 18 months in and I feel very happy in my remote role.
I found the best job someone can ask for through JobRack and I'm really happy with their work. They are always in touch with you, and once you create your profile on their platform, they will reach out to suggest open positions that fit your skills. The hiring process was smooth and straightforward. You'll probably be asked to fill out the form, then record a short video and the call with the employer is the final step.
Prior to my review, the company's overall feedback had been predominantly negative. However, after I left my review, which was posted during the month of May, there was a noticeable increase in positive feedback, resulting in an overall rating of 'Great.' While it is possible that the company has made improvements to their services [in a month!!!!!!!!!], it is concerning that the sudden increase in positive reviews occurred shortly after my feedback was posted. Further investigation may be warranted to ensure the integrity of the company's feedback system. It is important to communicate any personal issues or concerns directly with individuals, rather than resorting to scamming or fraudulent activity. Engaging in such behavior not only damages one's own reputation, but it also harms the reputation of the company or organization involved. It is essential to maintain ethical and transparent practices when interacting with others, particularly in matters related to financial transactions or sensitive information.Thank you!
This the the worst company and website for find jobs. I have been trying for over a year or more to find a job here. I have done a lot application and i went through a lot test. At beginning i was thinking is normal to get rejected. In one of my applications i got it and the company disappeared and after 2 weeks they told me “ oh we choose someone other from Africa because was cheap”. I did a lot application i went till last round and with not success , for position that i was a perfect fit. It was weird and i start doing some research. I start checking who got the position i had applied till now and who was the hiring manager form Jobrack. I found out that for a lot position that need a senior, some junior got that. And the most interesting part was that if the hiring manager was from Serbia, someone from serbia got the role. If they are from Macedonia , someone from macedonia get the role. I saw a guy that work as a company and they gave him few role at same time. We are all in a difficult situation and everyone is looking for a job. I belived Jobrack was fair in their hiring process but now i see it with complete different eye. Im very disappointed that i lost a lot of my time with a website that is very racist in their choice and go with favorites based on their origins. Im sure no one of my applications went in the company hands. Dont lose your time with jobrack .for all that i wrote i have prove that easily i can share everywhere.( recent update- i just contacted one of the companies and they told me they never got my cv or application. I was in the last round and jobrack was telling me wait for the answer from the company. omg such a big liars. This only confirm more everything i found out about them)
Don't trust them, don't waste your time.I was contacted by one of their "recruiters", John Sutton on LinkedIn. The first thing that was suspicious for me is his profile picture - black and white, he's wearing sunglasses and a hat. The impression is that he's hiding his identity. The message was are you interested in this and this position. Then I received a mail from another employee of Jobrack - Martin Tosevski, but there was no job description, just a link with a stupid video, recorded on the street in London. The message was: we're not liars, we're not scammers, you see Big Ben, you see the Parliament :))). I wrote a "RE" message to Martin Tosevski , to ask for the job description, but I received a mail delivery system message. Then I decided to check the company here and read the bitter experience of other people.
