Joe was incredibly helpful with dealing with a sudden bedbug situation in our house. We called in the morning and he was round the same day - he was very thorough with his treatment and gave us all the information we needed to help sort it out.
Joe was an absolute life saver when we realised we had a wasp nest in our loft I called him late afternoon on a Saturday and he came out within the hour to sort it all out we have also had a flea issue recently aswell we picked up the phone gave Joe a ring and he came and sorted within days thankfully we are now flea and wasp free
Can not rate the swift and professional service I received high enough. I have had to use Joes services twice within around 10 days for 2 separate wasps nests inside my walls. Hearing buzzing through the wall was scary as heck and the first one they found a way into the house. Within 2 hours he had come out to my home and without any fuss he treated the problem in less than 15 minutes! I struggle with social anxiety due to autism but felt at ease with him. He even gave me a slight discount on the second one I think because of my terrible luck! Can’t thank you enough Joe for coming and solving the issue so fast. I will definitely use his services again for any and every pest control problem I ever have!
