Do not use these guys. Absolutely will rip you off and then pressure you to review them. Go anywhere else honestly. The quote was so much higher than anyone else. Dodgy company.
$88 call out fee.... ok not too uncommon.Job quoted was to connect two rain water tanks together and to the pump with an overflow on each tank.... pretty strait forward job. watched my parents do it on the farm when i was younger.$5430 + GST..... i will write that again.... $5430 + GST.Totally in disbelief i look at the invoice and then back to the technician and asked how he justified that price and he said its a days work and parts. I already had most of the parts supplied by Bushman Tanks and i also knew that it takes about 3 hrs to do the job as i have seen it done before. I questioned some more about the hand written invoice (With no licence number. All quotes i have received from tradesmen the last couple years had their licence number on it) and in the end the guy said that's the price it is what it is. I said i can't afford that and he left.In the afternoon i had Lowood Plumbing and irrigation do it for $700 in total. The remaining parts cost less than $100 and it did indeed take 3 hrs to do the job. Always get 3 quotes people and don't pay their call out fees. I should have seen the red flag and read the reviews before engaging a visit.
