Just found this company. Trustworthy so far, easy to use, easy to install app. My main thing is it legit? And yes, seems to be. Received an email immediately with all relevant information, So I am satisfied with the service and the price.
When I purchased an eSIM for the first time, I was offered an additional SIM for free in exchange for a review, which I completed. However, the code I received has been invalid for the past three days, and customer support simply advises me to try again later. I've seen that others have had similar issues, so please don't mislead customers with false promotions.
The process was easy and provided clear suggestions for suitable offers. The only thing missing was guidance on activating roaming to ensure the SIM would function. Aside from that, everything was simple, and the SIM was affordable.
Clear plans and options - all choices from different plans for talk, text, and data were presented. I found what I needed for the duration of our trip and within budget. I gave 4 stars as I haven't started using the eSIM yet, but it's a great start.
