When we visited the store the sales lady, Tayler, was very helpful & friendly. The delivery team, Simon & Scott, were very efficient & respectful or our home, removing their shoes before entering. We were very happy with our experience & would be happy to recommend John Doe. Powered recliner sofa ordered 27th December 2025 & delivered 29th January 2026, much quicker than the anticipated delivery time of 11 to 13 weeks :) The sofa is very comfy & looks great.
The delivery and setup of our new chair were handled by two very helpful and knowledgeable staff members who were a pleasure to work with. Once again, excellent service from the representative who has provided us with carpets and chairs in the past.

After a flood before delivery, the staff held my sofas until I was ready. Today, the delivery team called an hour before arriving. Simon and Matty were amazing, helping to move old furniture and organizing the living room before setting up and explaining the new furniture.
