Don’t waste your money on their products, their app has never worked properly after 3 years of using it. Video doesn’t work. Calls cut out when you’re talking to someone. Gates get stuck open/closing and sometimes app won’t work at all. After latest software update nothing works, not a single feature. Their development team is useless, 3 years and they’ve never had it working correctly. My app is updated always, on a new iPhone.
Singapore version of Fermax is bad and unreliable. Please do not be hood-winked by their cost effective and “upgraded” version of their systems. Its like changing a new phone case with a new sticker and yet same model underneath it. Which is unreliability. Now moving on to customer service… well, if it was great, I wouldn't end up writing here and giving a one star review.
Paid £700 for a Fermax City VEO XS intercom system and checked with them that the doorbell monitor was suitable for outdoor use. I live in London. All their literature refers to the system being used outside.Stopped working a year later and they are refusing to provide a replacement as they insist the product should have been used with an additional cover - no mention of this in their literature for the video intercom system or on their website. They are are a disingenuous, dishonest, organisation.
Very poor support, and customer service. They put me in touch with their customer service in Denmark, and I got some help before I bought their product. But after I got my item the support stopped. Last year in November they could not / did not want to answer my question, and I asked for a diagram of the item, so I myself would find out for a solution. Nothing happened, I am still waiting. Would not recommend it to anyone. Their customer service should reflect their products. Now I am worried.
