We are renting a flat since may/25. At the beginning I need to say that the communication wasn’t that great. I think also because they got our flat from another agency so it was a transition time. Since we spotted that we were having this issue, Denisa Popescu promptly got our message and started looking after us properly. So we are here to be honest and when things goes well we need also to appreciate.
We had an issue with our tap and the shower wasn’t getting hot enough. They have done everything they could to have it fixed with no issues. It took a little while but at the end they managed to fix the issue. They replaced everything and booked the visits promptly.
There is still an issue with the wardrobe door that we are waiting to be fixed. That’s the reason I’m giving 4 stars . Overall, happy with the management.

Our experience with the agency during our tenancy was profoundly disappointing and fell short of expectations. Despite reporting urgent maintenance issues like blocked sinks, faulty lighting, persistent toilet problems that caused flooding, and health concerns from items left in the property, these issues were ignored for months. Requests that were part of the agency's obligations were unaddressed, and communication was slow, inconsistent, and often required multiple follow-ups. At times, we were even charged for items that were never provided. What made it more frustrating was the stark difference in responsiveness depending on the agency's needs. While essential maintenance remained unresolved for long periods, we were frequently contacted when the agency wanted us to renew the tenancy.
