I have been driving and been insured for 28 years. This i by far the worst experience I've had.
They asked me for my V5C, I couldn't find it, I told them. They said I needed to contact the DVLA. They cancelled my policy anyway. Giving me 7 days notice. I informed them I had applied for a new V5C, and they said they would extend my cancellation period by 5 days, saying that if I had not received my V5C in time the policy would be cancelled. Today I received my V5C, and sent them it. A full 12 days before my policy was due to be cancelled. Only to find out the backdated the cancellation to 3 days prior!!
They should not allowed to be an insurance company.

Don't insure with this guys at all , i had a audi q3 insured with them , after 6 months my audi broke down and i have bought another audi q3 and when i ve went to change the car the cost went from £30 to £102 / month what a joke , i m trying now to cancel it and go to another company which i found for £290 for a full year
So do not insure with them unless u wanna end up like me
RE: thanks for the reply, i ve spoken already with one of your colleagues and they said they can't do anything about it , so it's been cancelled now and no claim bonus was lost as well after paying over half a year , typical
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I contacted this insurer last week regarding issues with my car and did not receive any meaningful assistance. I was not directed to the appropriate department and was instead transferred repeatedly, with each person providing inconsistent or incorrect information.
Today I spent the majority of the day on the phone attempting to resolve the same issue, including using my break time at work, yet nothing was resolved. I was placed on hold multiple times for over 10 minutes and continually passed between departments without any clear ownership of the problem.
The level of customer service demonstrated was unacceptable. When support was actually required, there was a complete lack of communication, accountability, and effective action. This experience has left me questioning the value of paying for this insurance at all. I would not recommend this provider.
After receiving a reply from kirsty at nutshell I forwarded my documents to her as requested. She phoned me immediately and resolved the issue straight away. So well done Kirsty 👏 the company could do with more of you on the chat box!!
took the policy out online and unfortunately hit the 5th march rather than the 5th of February .Less than 7 hours later what I thought would be an easy change would cost another 20% extra each month for the year. Which I thought was ridicules. My only option would be to cancel which they would then take more than 50% of the monthly I just paid for arrangement fee. So that's the last money they will see from me!!!
Deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. Customer service is routed through endless overseas call centres, with no continuity, no ownership, and no real resolution. You repeat yourself constantly, only to be passed on again or cut off

I was initially pleased with the quote and paid in full. However, after making a small mistake in the information provided, I faced a premium hike of over 50%.
