Sophie was really helpful and it is a great company to purchase from

This company provided all my tiles for a renovation and were extremely helpful. Sophie the export administration manager is an absolute credit to the company she went above and beyond to assist with the order and replace some tiles that unfortunately got broken in transit. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone needing good quality tiles at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Confused why order came in two…

Confused why order came in two bits….i.e 1no box then 13no boxes the day after. Also too many tiles broken….circa 20no tiles in total.
