Excellent communication, easy transaction, quality product. Delivered when requested. We did ask for a small vehicle delivery due to access restrictions, however despite this being on the order and requested by customer services, the delivery company sent a large wagon and we had to meet them in the lane in order to receive the delivery. Other than that it was excellent.
I found exactly the tiles I needed for my bathroom walls and floor.. plus beautiful plain ivory tiles for my hallway and kitchen at a fraction of the original price on the Johnson outlet site.Great customer service and tiles arrived very promptly.. I was updated of dispatch and arrival time each step of the way and the tiles were packed super well on the pallet. My tiler is very happy with their quality and I look forward to seeing the finished project. Would highly recommend Johnson Tiles.
