Review Time
I had a great sailing trip with JTC in Lanzarote! Everything was well organised and our skipper Matthias made us feel safe during the whole trip. Also during higher waves on the Atlantic, everyone kept focused and relaxed. We could learn a lot from Matthias, also those with no previous sailing experience. Since everyone was an active participant on board, we quickly grew together as a group. All in all it was a perfect combination of active vacation, crew spirit, lots of sun and beautiful nature!
I recently traveled to Sri Lanka for the first time with join the crew. Basically it was nice to get an already organized tour. Nevertheless, it was far too expensive. Most of the activities had to be paid extra. I checked the prices, if you book the hotels (at JTC you have double occupancy!) and the included activities, entrance fees etc. yourself, you end up with UNDER 1000€. At JTC the tour costs almost 2000€. If it's ok for you to pay over 50% just for the service, then I can recommend the tour, otherwise it's better to book it yourself. The group was nice, I made some new friends with whom I will definitely go shopping soon :)
I went to Greece with them last winter and it was one of the best trip I’ve had!! The crew became a family and with some I found a long term friendship. It was a dream trip. Learning about sailing, beach cleanups, little hike and exploring some little Greek island. But we didn’t miss out on a couple of party nights as well. I will do it again for sure and 100% recommend doing it.
Absolutely amazing! Perfect trip around in Peloponnes. Amazing crew, incredible Flotilla and the best skippers. Great nature, good sailing days and cozy swimming and anchor spots. The kitchen could have been a little better equipment wise, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Hope Im gonna set sails whit you again soon!
