Received 2 of boxes so far and I couldn't be more happier with all products I received. My first box was lost in a mail, when I contacted support about it I received speedy reply and another box was sent out straight away and I received that in a few days. Customer support was brilliant. All products are great as well. Love the pip box!
This is a NO star recommendation... ordered 2 gift boxes on 5th Feb, one arrived - the other one hasn't. waited a couple of weeks in case of delivery issues, then contacted Pip box customer service - no reply, so now chasing a refund. I cannot comment on products because I never received them.
First time i have received the pip box, and i have had a few different ones before, firstly its great being cruelty free for a start and i had alot of products included all packaged and delivered really well. Will definitely continue my subscription
Before making a decision to subscribe to Pip box (I wanted to be sure that everything went well and products were good) I decided to order their advent calendar to try it out. I ordered the calendar almost immediately when in came out (this is important to know because there was a wrong palette in there and their answer was that they did not had enough of the correct ones for all the calendars but as mine was one of the first ones ordered this seems a bit strange as an answer...). The calendar arrived with an outer cardboard box which was intact without a scratch so handled well by the post and delivery!! Inside there was no bubble-wrap or similar so the calendar was already a bit tattered and smudged outside. As I ordered this calendar to find some products in there to give as gifts to friends and family I opened it immediately: 2 products leaking not full any more, 1 brush broken in 2 pieces, 1 wrong palette not the one stated in their booklet which comes with the calendar!! So I wrote to their customer service and sent them pictures of the smudged calendar and leaking/broken/wrong items. They wrote back to me that it’s all the fault of handling and shipping not theirs but that they would give me a 15 pound refund (for a 99 pound calendar I paid!!!). I think that if I pay for an intact calendar with intact and correct products I should get exactly that for my money!! So I wrote them that I would like to get the products instead (4 products in total as they were not full/leaking/broken/wrong) they answered me that that’s not possible and send me a refund of 20 pounds without asking if that was an ok refund for me. So I sent them another email telling them that 20 pounds is not ok for 4 products which I cannot use as gifts anymore and that a customer should get the correct and whole products he/she has bought and paid... and never received an answer back. So my decision was made, never will I subscribe to Pip-box and am very very disappointed with the calendar and their handling of problems.
