I ordered Optimum Nutrition High Protein Shake Vanilla Flavour from Price Panda (Order #13317, placed 22 Feb 2026, £24.99).
When I opened the first bottle, the contents had separated and formed into a hard, jelly-like mass at the bottom. The texture was completely wrong and the taste was unpleasant. I have used Optimum Nutrition products for over 10 years and know the standard quality of their shakes. This was clearly not as it should be and suggests a storage or stock issue.
I contacted Price Panda promptly to report the problem and request a resolution. I have received no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement.
Under UK consumer law, products must be of satisfactory quality and retailers are responsible for addressing faulty goods. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer entirely is unacceptable.
This was my first order with Price Panda and, based on this experience and the lack of basic customer service, I will not be ordering again.
