I ordered two pairs of shoes well intime to gift my daughter for Christmas 25. I got one correct and one wrong pair. I returned the wrong pair and got an acknowledgement of receipt on 2 Jan 26 and since then no refund or follow up. Horrible company to deal with, will take down Myer along with them. Stay away from DOM for sure
I had to return my sambas and exchange for half a size up and Bonna's service was exceptional 👌. The process was painless and she was polite and always pleasant to deal with. Excellent shopping interface. Shipping timeframes also good for my location (metro Sydney). Only improvement would be the shipping tracker which seems to lag real time, so I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery.

I simply showed the QR code at the postal service and received my refund (minus shipping) within three days of sending it back. I would definitely shop with them again if I was more certain about my sizes. Just a note: when they mention items selling fast, there might not be a need to rush, as sizes were unavailable the next day, but later more sizes became available (possibly from the store or a marketing strategy).
