I purchased four headlamps, but three of them had issues with the battery or charging. I was permitted to return all of them, and the company refunded the entire amount, including the shipping fee back to China. The support team handled everything exceptionally well.
The initial headlight we received was defective, but the company promptly sent a replacement. The new one functions excellently, being lightweight and providing strong illumination. The support team was courteous and responsive.
I ordered a mini portable outdoor chair: On the positive side: 1. The customer service was quick to respond.
2. The chair I received was quite sturdy.
3. When I opted not to return it (reasons listed below), they provided a 20% rebate.
4. It arrived on time. On the negative side: 1. The chair was difficult to open and heavier than I expected.
2. Returning it would have meant sending it to a distant location, and I would have had to cover the shipping costs and any tariffs.
While the tracking wasn't available during delivery, the support team reached out after I requested an update and provided detailed information. They even followed up to ensure I received the product. I've used the headlamp on several dog walks, and it offers excellent visibility.

The headlamp's 'hand wave' on/off function is particularly handy, and it has a sensor that turns it off when I enter my well-lit home, preventing me from accidentally blinding family members. The telescoping lamp is robustly built and provides bright yet gentle lighting. I also had a question regarding one of the items, and the customer support was prompt and courteous.
I finally received my order. I appreciate the assistance from the service team; they promptly replied to all my emails and kept me updated on my order's status. Although it took a while to arrive, it was worth the wait and made it here before the holiday. The customer support from this company is outstanding.
