Review Time
I originally left a negative review after experiencing poor communication and missed delivery promises with my order.I came across the company through an advert on Facebook and placed an order as the clothing looked great and the bundle offers seemed good value. Unfortunately, after ordering I had to chase for artwork proofs and then chase again for updates on the production and delivery. I was given a delivery date that was missed, followed by another revised timeframe that also didn’t materialise. Because of the delays and lack of proactive communication, I cancelled the order and shared my experience in my original review.Following this, Jim, one of the directors, contacted me personally to apologise and explained that the company had experienced a sudden period of growth which caused production delays while they brought in additional machines and staff.He offered a voucher and priority service as a gesture of goodwill and asked for the opportunity to make things right.While my initial experience was frustrating, I do appreciate the director reaching out directly to acknowledge the issue and try to resolve the situation. I’ve therefore updated my review to reflect that the company did respond and attempted to put things right.Thank you!
