Review Time
Ordered on the 18th of February and still waiting, was beginning to think ive been scammed to be honest, but it seems im in the same postion as others. frustrating as I am waiting for the first order to size up, but the delivery has put me off. A real shame
From start to finish the service provided by JRS Industrial Supplies has been wonderful!The ordering and logo design process is very easy to follow and the company responds quickly.There is the opportunity to adjust the design prior to approval and production happens soon after!The overall quality of the product is very good indeed and the design embroidery is of a very high quality as well!Delivery is overnight by APC couriers and notification of the progress is also good.
Well I have to start from the initial. The web site looks good and the bundle offers so I proceeded with an order. I found myself chasing to receive artwork proofs, the first attempted proof (please bare aware we supply our artwork in its correct form) was altered with spelling mistakes this was rejected and chased days later to then receive a proof where the logo had been altered with lines across? Third time lucky! and chased for the other proof which came through correct. I then chased 2 weeks later to be told I would receive the finished products on the 24th February. Two days prior I receive an email advising me APC overnight would be contacting me to advise on delivery, Well I think you can guess by now this did not happen so another chase call. I was advised that they were now behind and I was in the queue with no confirmed date. The initial purchase does say guaranteed? The rude nature of the representative I had the misfortune to get was incredible and I was told they have bigger clients. At this point I cancelled the order and have gone elsewhere. I was refused access to talk with a manager or in this case director and cannot express enough my total disgust for the way the whole process was handled and treated. A service we pay for up front yet I have to wait to be refunded in this banking age?If you order here please head the warning and experience that I have had and reading the reviews others also.
Never used them before and suddenly needed a load of workwear for some contractors at a few days notice. Saw them on the social media and sent them a message explaining I needed a bunch of things in a very short working span and I didn’t mind if they told me to get lost! I got an overnight reply from the MD confirming they could do it, uploaded the orders, ran into some stock/ size availability trouble, communicated with throughout. Loading designs and getting artwork to approve was seamless and took seconds from my phone. They shipped on time, the APC delivery did exactly what it said on the tin and got the excellent products (perfect embroidery & screen prints) exactly when I needed it. Will 100% be using them in future, but will get myself sorted so no more 4-day turnarounds!
Unfathomably terrible. Awful, awful service that I can't cancel because they'll keep 20% of what I paid. Communication is long drawn out, often incorrect, and miserable. Avoid like the plague. I deeply regret ever hearing of JRS and I wish I'd never heard of them.
Product was amazing absolutely spot on. It had a few delays and there was some lack of communication at start of order and you had to chase up on info but I have been delt with a member of staff that had made up for it and my product is top notch Product 5* just have to bare with them and hope they sort the little info niggles out would recommend
